LEIGov, an ongoing R&D project with support by Scottish Enterprise, is focused on creating an advanced system to improve corporate governance transparency and decision-making. By leveraging the Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) system, the project provides in-depth insights into corporate hierarchies and governance structures. LEIGov integrates LEI data with third-party information, such as reports and websites, to generate a comprehensive, real-time view of companies and their governance activities. This innovation addresses the challenge of incomplete corporate governance data, promoting responsible investing and sustainable business practices by offering accurate, dynamic corporate governance insights across global markets.
